Following are our sustainability initiatives:

- Installed solar panels (51 kilowatt (DC) system) on our office and warehouses in Pleasantville, New York, in 2015;
adding power back to the grid. - Joined UPS’s Carbon Neutral Services Program in 2021 to offset our carbon emissions.
- In-house manufacturing and customization reduce our carbon footprint by eliminating the need to transport goods back and forth.
- In-house manufacturing and customization facilities use processes designed to limit environmental impact and recycle byproducts of our processes, including canvas.
- Offer an extensive line of eco-friendly products that are biodegradable, compostable, and recyclable.
- Vet our suppliers to ensure they have corporate social responsibility policies, sustainability initiatives, and are implementing production practices that limit environmental impact.
- Source products from vendors in various parts of the country to reduce carbon emissions.
- Made in the USA products reduce carbon emissions by decreasing transport.
- Keep packaging to a minimum while providing the right amount of protection.
- Ship S&T custom bags without plastic.
- Eliminate excess plastic from items that don’t need it (ie: dark colored clothing, dark bags).
- Work with suppliers to eliminate incoming plastic on items such as pens, cups, etc.
- Use eco-friendly packaging materials.
- Replaced bubble wrap with eco-friendly kraft paper.
- Use eco-friendly gift-wrapping paper.
